This happens generally and 100% of the time the buyer complains, when he tests the disc in another vehicle, it always works fine. If you get a " Disc Read Error ", that is a problem with your Navigation Unit, requiring a DVD Cleaning kit and/or laser re-aligned. "Disc Read Error" is NOT a problem with the Navigation Disc. Navigation Discs DO NOT go bad , the units do. As these vehicles and Navigation Units get older and older, this is becoming more of a problem.
